1) French Pastries

- Want to bake like a French?
- Learn to home-make French croissant and danish pastries.  Made with pure butter.
- Includes dough recipe, easy method of folding and rolling. Perfect for beginners.

2) Snow Skin Mooncake
    11 August, Sun (11am – 1:30pm)


- Make your own mooncakes at home for your loved ones! Or even as gifts.
- We will learn to make the skin dough from scratch with simple and delicious ingredients. Then learn to apportion the dough and filling. And wrap, shape, mould and store.
- The recipe for dough will be shared. The filling is store-bought, in which we will share where to buy quality ones.

3) Baked Mooncake

4) Bake Cakes + Frost!
    18 August, Sun (1pm – 3:30pm)


- Let’s bake + frost!

- First we will bake:
1) Moist red velvet
2) Fresh carrot with almond
3) Fresh banana with walnut

- Bonus! Make cream cheese frosting which will best compliment any cakes! Perfect for beginners.

5) NEW: Sourdough Breads!
    25 August, Sun (11am – 4pm)


- Sourdough bread is made using naturally occurring yeast. Proven to be beneficial for good gut health.
- Our recipes uses very easily available ingredients, with zero processed sugar. Very easy to follow steps.
- In class, you will hands-on the whole process of making the bread.

- Process includes:
1. Sourdough starter.
2. Make your own dough from scratch.
3. Folding, shaping, fermentation.
4. Baking and storage.
5. Taste fresh baked soft sourdough in class.
6. Bring home your own hand-made dough to try to bake yourself at home.
7. Recipes for original white & wholemeal provided. 8. Q&A.

- Perfect for beginners.

-Lunch break in between. Not included. However, there are many food outlets, cafes, nasi kandar within the building.

6) Tsum-Tsum Cookies!
