1) Frostings for All Desserts!

- Learn 4 types: Lemon curd, homemade custard, cream cheese, chocolate ganache. And decorate in premade tarts to bring home.
- Hands-on. These frostings are perfect as toppings and fillings for almost all cakes, cupcakes, cookies, macarons and tarts

2) Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting!
- 8th June, Friday
- 1pm to 3:30pm
- Learn to bake a classic and hearty carrot cake. Then make from scratch, a cream cheese frosting which will compliment your cake!

3) Character Macarons!
- 15th June, Friday
- 1pm to 3:30pm
- Bake and decorate Teddy Bear character macarons in class. Using the same method and recipe, you can create any characters you want at home, again and again.
- Hands-on. Halal. With our easy to follow step by step method, you can now bake your own macarons at home!

4) Roti Boy & Cinnamon Rolls!
- 22nd June, Friday
- 1pm to 3:30pm
- Roti boy (mexican coffee paste on soft white buns) and soft cinnamon rolls.
- Hands-on. Halal. Make your own fresh, non preservatives breads for your family, perfect for breakfast!

5) Pizza & Italian Focaccia Breads
- 29th June, Friday
- 1pm to 3:30pm
- In class, you will bake homemade pizza and also italian herb focaccia (so good eaten with vinaifrette). All dough from scratch.
