1) 9 March, Friday (MUST-HAVE MUFFINS!)
- Fresh blueberry vanilla muffins, moist chocolate chip cupcakes, breakfast banana with almond muffins.
- These are heatlhy desserts that taste very good too! You can bake these into cake form too. The method and recipes will be the same, except for the baking time which will be taught in class.

2) 16 March, Friday (ROTI BOY & POTATO BUNS)
- Roti boy (using pure coffee) and fresh potato buns. No preservatives at all.
- These homemade breads that will make your family happy. All natural ingredients and delicious!
- 1pm to 3:30pm.

3) 23 March, Friday (ROYAL ICING DECORATING)
- You will learn to make homemade royal icing (recipe included) and tint into colours. You will then practice both border, lettering and flooding; on prepared cookies. This homemade icing will dry in 10-15 after decorating!
- Can be used to decorate cupcakes, macarons and cakes too.
- 1pm to 3:30pm

- Learn to bake your individual red velvet cake (recipe included).
- Then learn to make cream cheese frosting (recipe included).
- Then coat the cake with homemade cream cheese frosting.
- This cake has been everyone's all time favourite and you can now make your own!
