Classic Macarons!
- 18th August, Saturday
- 11am to 1:30pm
- In class, bake pure and natural chocolate macarons. Using same method, you can make coloured ones at home! Chocolate ganache filling recipe will be given too.
- Recipes given for both natural (no colouring) and with colouring. With our easy to follow step by step method, you can now bake your own macarons at home!

Buttercream Cupcakes!
- 18th August, Saturday
- 2pm to 4:30pm
- Bake classic vanilla cupcakes. Whip buttercream frosting. Colour the frosting.
- Learn to make different variety of rose swirls on the cupcakes. Bonus: elevate the beauty with fondant decorations.

Blueberry New York Cheesecake & Chocolate Chip Cheese Cookies

Mooncakes!

- Chilled mooncakes (Snowskin) are just so delicious to eat. Served cold with soft skin.
- learn how to combine a handful of natural and easily available ingredients, to form the thin skin from scratch.
- Learn to mould the skin, insert the right proportion of filling and mould into shape.

Classic Butter Cake & Lemon Butter Cake

Decorating with Fondant!
- 26th August, Sunday
- 11am to 1:30pm
- Learn to handmould characters using edible fondant. You can use these to decorate any cakes, cupcakes, cookies, macarons, etc
- What you will learn: 3D Teddy bear, roses, ducklings, food items, and others (7 designs)

Royal Icing Decorating
- 26th August, Sunday
- 2pm to 4:30pm
- You will learn to make homemade royal icing (recipe included) and tint into colours. You will then practice both border, lettering and flooding; on prepared cookies. This homemade icing will dry in 10-15 after decorating!
- Can be used to decorate cupcakes, macarons and cakes too!
