1) 3 February, Saturday (FONDANT DECORATING)
- We eat with our eyes first
- Learn to handmould characters using edible fondant
- Teddy bear, roses, ducklings, food items, etc (7 designs)
- You can use these to decorate any cakes, cupcakes, cookies, macarons, etc
- 10:30am to 1pm

2) 3 February, Saturday (ROTI BOY & POTATO BUNS!)
- Make your own fresh, non preservatives breads for your family, perfect for breakfast!
- Roti boy (mexican coffee paste on butter buns) and fresh potato buns.
- 2pm to 4:30pm

3) 10 February, Saturday (FRESH CREAM CAKE)
- Individual work / portion. Learn to both bake and decorate cake. Perfect for birthday occasions. You don’t have to buy from stores anymore!
- Bake a chocolate cake. Learn to whip fresh cream to the correct consistency, using the correct type of cream
- Learn to coat cake. Learn to pipe borders and decorate to impress
- 1pm to 4pm

4) 11 February, Sunday (BEST SELLER CAKES)
- Belgium chocolate, red velvet and fairy vanilla (made into cakes and cupcakes)
- Our all time best sellers, perfect for any happy occasions
- 10:30am to 1pm

5) 11 February, Sunday (FRENCH MACARONS!)
- You don't have to pay a hefty amount at stores anymore. Learn to make these easy to follow macarons!
- Both natural ingredients and coloured macarons recipes included
- We will make pure chocolate (using cocoa powder) macarons in class
- 2pm to 4:30pm

6) 24 February, Saturday (ROYAL ICING DECORATING)
- Learn to make a plain cookie into one that is extraordinary! Can be applied onto cupcakes and cakes too. This homemade icing will dry in 10-15 mins after decorating!
- Homemade royal icing and tint into colours. You will learn both bordering, lettering and flooding; on prepared cookies.
- 11am to 1:30pm

7) 24 February, Saturday (HOMEMADE CHOCOLATES!)
- Learn melting method (using simple tools), knowledge about storage, packaging, selling price, filings and toppings
- Learn different techniques:
a) Praline with filling
b) Wordings
c) Bar Chocolates with toppings
d) Round chocolates with hidden cookie
e) Loli stick chocolates
- 2pm to 4:30pm

8) 25 February, Sunday (CHEESECAKES!)
- Let's bake 2 all-time favourites that caters for any occassions and parties!
- Baked New York Cheesecake & Chilled Lemon Cheesecake
