1) 10 March, Saturday (FROSTINGS FOR ALL DESSERTS!)
- Homemade custard cream, lemon curd, chocolate ganache, silky cream cheese frostings
- Using all natural ingredients. You can use all the frostings for cakes, cupcakes, tarts, cookies, macarons!
- 1pm to 3:30pm.

2) 11 March, Sunday (BEST SELLER CAKES!)
- Belgium chocolate, red velvet and fairy vanilla (made into cakes and cupcakes)
- Our all time best sellers, perfect for any happy occasions
- 11am to 1:30pm.

3) 17 March, Saturday (BAKING A VARIETY)
- Classic butter cake, moist pecan/pistachios vanilla muffins, pure butter shortbread cookies.
- Learn this combination that will make perfect breakfast, snacks or party desserts!
- 11am to 1:30pm.

4) 17 March, Saturday (CLASSIC MACARONS!)
- Learn our italian & french combined method macaron recipe.
- Recipes given for both natural (no colouring) and with colouring. We will make pure chocolate flavour in class.
- With our easy to follow step by step method, you can now bake your own macarons at home!
- 2pm to 4:30pm.

5) 24 March, Saturday (AMERICAN CHOCOLATE CAKE & BROWNIES)
- Pure chocolate indulgence!
- Learn a chocolate cake that is soft, moist and tasty; perfect to use as birthday or wedding cake. Learn our brownies too; so good accompanied with ice cream or just by itself!
- 1pm to 3:30pm.

6) 24 March, Saturday (PISTACHIO/PECAN & CARROT WALNUT CUPCAKES)
- Learn our 2 of our best sellers. Very tasty and classy desserts that are perfect for any birthdays, gifts, tea time treats and breakfast too!
- Pistachio and pecan cupcakes and carrot walnut cupcakes (can be made into cakes too!)
- 3:30pm to 5pm.

7) 25 March, Sunday (CHOCOLATE GANACHE WHOLE CAKE!)
- Learn to bake your individual Belgium chocolate cake (recipe included).
- Then learn to coat the cake with pure chocolate ganache frosting (recipe included).
- Then learn to decorate with chocolates (ferrero rocher provided in class) and nuts.
- Perfect as birthday or anniversary cakes. Less sweet too!
- 1pm to 4pm.

8) 31 March, Saturday (FONDANT DECORATING!)
- We eat with our eyes first.
- Learn to handmould characters using edible fondant.
- Teddy bear, roses, ducklings, food items, etc (7 designs).
- You can use these to decorate any cakes, cupcakes, cookies, macarons, etc.
- 1pm to 3:30pm.
