1) Royal Icing Decorating
- 5th May, Saturday
- 1pm to 3:30pm
- You will learn to make homemade royal icing (recipe included) and tint into colours. You will then practice both border, lettering and flooding; on prepared cookies.
- This homemade icing will dry in 10-15 after decorating!

2) Eggless Cupcakes & Muffins!
- 6th May, Sunday
- 10:30am to 1pm
- Eggless chocolate chip vanilla muffins, fresh banana walnut muffins, fresh carrot almond cupcakes.

3) Classic Macarons!
- 6th May, Sunday
- 1:30pm to 4pm
- In class, bake pure and natural chocolate macarons. Using same method, you can make coloured ones at home! Chocolate ganache filling recipe will be given too.
- Learn our italian & french combined method macaron recipe. Recipes given for both natural (no colouring) and with colouring. With our easy to follow step by step method, you can now bake your own macarons at home!

4) Mother’s Day Specials! (Buttercream Cake!)
- 12th May, Saturday
- 1pm to 4pm
- Bake a luscious, less sweet chocolate cake. Learn to make buttercream frosting. Learn to coat cake with buttercream. Learn to pipe borders like shells, rope, writing. Decorate the top with designs too! You will bring home your individual 6 inch cake home.
- Perfect as a gift for Mother’s Day! Or birthday occasions. You don’t have to buy from stores anymore!

5) Best Seller Cakes!

- 1pm to 3:30pm
- Belgium chocolate, red velvet and fairy vanilla (all can be made into cakes and cupcakes!)
- Our all time best sellers, perfect for any happy occasions.

6) Spaghetti Aglio Olio & Traditional Italian Tiramisu
- 19th May, Saturday
- 1pm to 4pm
- Let’s feast up like an Italian! Learn how to cook a pasta dish which both adults and children will love. Learn how to cook spagetthi, then marry it with prawns + a hint of chilli (optional) + loads of garlic + green and “a secret ingredient”.
- Also learn our classic sponge fingers + coffee infused +  creamy cheese filling + dusted with cocoa powder.

7) Fondant Cake (Bake & Decorate!)
- 20th May, Sunday
- 1pm to 4pm
- 2-1 class that will equip you to make your own birthday cakes for your loved ones!
- Bake a tender dark chocolate cake. Then cover the cake with fondant. Also handmould teddy bears and roses to decorate your own individual cake to bring home.

- Learn our most popluar combination of homemade breads: French baguette, soft white buns, wholemeal buns
