2) Best Seller Cakes!

- Lesson outline: Belgium chocolate, red velvet and fairy vanilla (made into cakes and cupcakes!)

3) Cakes Combo + Bonus Rose!
- 7 April, Sunday
- 1pm to 3:30pm
- Lesson outline: A combination of 3 cakes that you should not miss! 1) Pure butter cake  2) Dark chocolate cake   3) Fresh carrot cake  4) Bonus: Learn to handmould 2 types of roses using fondant. Can be used for cake decoration.

4) Royal Icing Decorating
- 13 April, Saturday
- 11am to 1:30pm
- You will learn to make homemade royal icing (recipe included) and tint into colours. You will then practice both border, lettering and flooding; on prepared cookies. This homemade icing will dry in 10-15 after decorating!

5) Fondant Cake (Bake & Decorate!)
- 13 April, Saturday
- 2pm to 4:30pm
- 2-1 class that will equip you to make your own birthday cakes for your loved ones! Bake a soft and moist dark chocolate cake. Then cover the cake with fondant. Also handmould teddy bears and roses to decorate your own individual cake to bring home.

6) French Pastries
- 14 April, Sunday
- 12:30pm to 4pm
- Lesson outline :  In class, you will bake French croissant and danish pastries. Made with pure butter and a handful of natural / easy to get ingredients. Home and hand-made, make at home with our easy step-by-step method.

7) Character Macarons!

- 1pm to 3:30pm
- Lesson outline: Learn to bake classic round macarons. Bonus: learn to turn a plain round macaron into a Charater macaron!  With our easy to follow step by step method, you can now bake your own macarons at home!
