- In class, learn our most popluar combination of homemade breads: French baguette, soft white buns, wholemeal buns

5) Brownies + Cookies!

- A combination should not be missed! Perfect for parties and snacks. Learn our favourites: 1) Classic American brownies  2) Brownie cake  3) Devil chocolate chip cookies

6) Royal Icing Decorating
- 31 March, Sunday
- 11am to 1:30pm
- You will learn to make homemade royal icing (recipe included) and tint into colours. You will then practice both border, lettering and flooding; on prepared cookies. This homemade icing will dry in 10-15 after decorating!

7) Fondant Cake (Bake & Decorate!)
- 31 March, Sunday
- 2pm to 4:30pm
- 2-1 class that will equip you to make your own birthday cakes for your loved ones! Bake a soft and moist dark chocolate cake. Then cover the cake with fondant. Also handmould teddy bears and roses to decorate your own individual cake to bring home.
